Our Gresham location is on NE Division St. near NE Hogan Dr., in Plaza 2400. There is a bus stop located directly in front of the practice. Free and accessible parking is also available at this location.

Our Portland office is off SE Woodstock Blvd., near 82nd Avenue, and not far from Highway 205. A McDonald’s is nearby, and a bus stop is a short distance from our door. Free street parking is usually available as well.

Same-day, Saturday, and walk-in appointments are available. Late hours are also offered for your convenience. With our flexible scheduling options, there’s a time that works for everyone. X-rays are on-site as well.

Insurance Accepted

We accept most major insurance plans, except for Kaiser, Oregon Health Plan (OHP), and Medicare. We direct bill auto accident and workers’ compensation claims.
