New patients are always welcome in our practice! Our staff will warmly greet you when you walk through our doors and ensure you are comfortable in our healing space.
We ask that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment to complete our forms and bring any paperwork you might have from insurance or a claim. Please allow 60-90 minutes for the initial visit.
The first visit consists of a consultation, history, and physical exam. Our assistant will bring you into the exam room and take your vitals before the doctor arrives. They’ll ask questions about your past health history, current complaints, and why you’re here (e.g. any injuries or trauma sustained, whether at home or work, etc.).
Next is a thorough neuromusculoskeletal exam, which might include X-rays. Your doctor will tell you what we think is wrong, how we could help, and explain what care is recommended to help you improve.
Our doctors will monitor your progress closely to make sure you’re responding well to your treatment plan. If you’re not responding as well as we’d like, we can make changes to your treatments, and usually see great results after doing so. A typical visit is about 30 minutes long.
Financial Responsibility
Our staff will verify insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We also check claim status and help with the filing, as needed. Auto accidents and workers’ comp cases are direct billed, so all you have to worry about is healing.
We accept most insurance, except for Kaiser, Oregon Health Plan (OHP), and Medicare. Credit cards and cash payments are also accepted. We don’t want finances to prevent you from getting the necessary care. Our team will work with you to find a plan that works. Speak with a staff member about any questions or concerns regarding payment.
