Here are some ways you can fight a cold, or boost your immune system naturally, to help you recover from a cold or mild flu!

Nasal congestion? The steam from a hot shower can decrease pressure in your sinuses. Using a saline rinse will clear out thick mucus and relieve the pressure in your sinuses.

Sore Throat? Try gargling with warm salt water or drinking Tea with Echinacea or Elderberry. You can make your own home remedy using hot ginger, or you can try a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with hot water, lemon, and honey!

Cough drops, or throat Lozenges that include Zinc in the ingredients are also recommended to help fight a sore throat.
