Dr. Dennis grew up in California, earning his Bachelor and Master degrees in the study of Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics of Human Motion) at UCLA. Prior to coming to Oregon to study chiropractic, he was the Director of Exercise at the then world-renowned Pritikin Longevity Center, cardiac diet and rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica, California and was also a massage therapist in private practice. All of this led up to his interest in chiropractic, especially after having seen a good friend of his really helped by it following two car accidents.
He earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic here in Portland in 1986 and has been in continuous practice for over 30 years, first in Arizona for 5 years, then returning to Oregon in 1992. “I love what I do, my patients and my co-workers. I’m committed to helping people get out of pain quickly, feeling better and back to doing what they love.”.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing long walks, reading, daytrips in and around Oregon, and spending time with his family.
